This used to be a great place! Now the grandson who is manager is a total jerk. I drove 100 miles to pick up shoes that were the wrong ones, even after calling twice to verify. When I told him I had better things to do than driving 100 miles, he said HE had better things to do than listen to me complain and told me to leave the store or he would call the POLICE!!! I did nothing wrong and was shocked to be treated this way! I have never been treated this way in my 76 years!

Miriam at the Leonard St location is wonderful. She takes time with her customers and finds out what they want. I have problematic feet and she did everything to find the right shoe. She is caring, personal and professional. Very few stores like this anymore....real customer service.

Fantastic service!! I'm from out of town and desperately needed new shows to change out of for a wedding I was attending. Sophia helped me out and found a beautiful silver pair to match the dress I was wearing. Amazing staff all the way around. Pleasant experience and a great team of kids. Such a positive experience and I can't thank Sophia and the rest of the gang enough!!

Awesome service! Went above and beyond for my dad who has limited mobility. Actually offered car side service for him. We picked up 2 great pairs of shoes, the young man that helped us was great! Sorry I forgot his name.

Always pretty good customer service… not the most attentive but it’s a family-owned place so I always give them my business. They do seem to have fair prices. Smaller store so not much selection but they do carry the most popular models of most shoe brands.
